Half a Week and PageMaker...

A rather uneventful week for me. I missed Wednesday due to being ill which left me behind in the group. By the sounds of it, I missed out on a lecture about PageMaker, the programme I will be using to present my assignment. I am now behind in the design process but I hope to catch up over the weekend and create some stunning designs which I’m looking forward to.

Thursday morning we again had Helen Rivron, to give a lecture on how to take notes in lectures. I really didn’t find this necessary on our course but extra support is always welcomed I suppose.
Steve also made us aware of the fact that we need evidence of constructive criticism from himself as well as my peers. This is something I hadn’t really thought about before but I’m glad he’s brought it up – after all, I do want a good grade.

Overall, I can honestly say this week hasn’t been a good one for me. I now need to catch up in order to be at a level field with everyone else. Being ill doesn’t help when you’re only at college 2 days a week. Being ill 1 day is missing half a week.

Another good comment here mentioning the feedback from not just Steve but our peers, this is something that everyone will need to have a good look at if they are wanting the better grades.

Yeah, it's something I completely skimmed over. It just seemed as though we were getting bombarded with so much info that I had to just write it up afterwards.

It's a shame you felt the week aint gone well James, it'll get better when yo figure out your pattern of work.
